Your personal information is accessible only to those employees who require it on a "need to know" basis, such as our customer service staff who assist you when you contact our credit counselling staff who manage your file or who speak to creditors on your behalf and our management who may be investigating a complaint or reviewing our internal processes.

Your personal information will be stored at our head office. We may disclose this information to your creditors and to outside contractors with whom we work that require that specific information disclosed to assist us with managing our relationship with you or providing you with services.
